Central Oregon’s Coordinated Entry System (CES) ensures that people experiencing homelessness can get help finding stable housing. CES uses a standardized assessment tool that matches the right level of services and housing resources to people experiencing homelessness.

Call 541-630-2533 on Tuesdays or Thursdays 12pm-4pm to complete a housing assessment.

24/7 help line for individuals and family members seeking crisis intervention, treatment referral, and chemical-dependency information.

A teen-to-teen crisis and helpline for youth and teens. Teens available to help daily from 4:00pm-10:00pm (off-hour calls are answered by the crisis line).

Confidential help for veterans and their families. No need to be enrolled in VA benefits or healthcare.

Supports individuals 60+ and adults living with disabilities through crisis intervention and a warm line for non-emergency emotional support calls.
