Family Access Network: Development Specialist

The Development Specialist is responsible for grant writing, research and coordination, as well as donor database work, and board support for the FAN Foundation. Family Kitchen: Operations Manager, 

Family Kitchen is seeking an operations manager to help take our service to the community to the next level and meet the growing needs of Central Oregon. If you have experience in food service, restaurant or commissary operations, and are looking to be part of a team directly impacting the lives of those around us, let’s talk.

Family Kitchen’s mission is to serve anyone who needs nutritious meals in a safe and caring environment. We’ve been in operation since 1986, and currently serve over 14,000 meals each month to anyone who comes through our doors. No hassles. No forms to fill out. No questions asked. We’ve seen tremendous growth over the course of the last few years, and are proactively getting ready to meet the additional need we all see coming.

Mosaic Medical Health: Community Health Worker

Full time, Redmond

This position works with a designated clinical care team to provide short-term case management and patient support in an effort to identify social determinants of health. The CHW is responsible for addressing and removing these barriers to improve patient care and health outcomes. This position recruits for and teaches assigned patient education opportunities. This position may be asked to provide periodic staffing support for outreach events. Bilingual applicant and Traditional Health Worker Certification strongly preferred.

$23.20+ DOE (+10% increase for Spanish bilingualism)

The Community Outreach Advocate I is responsible to meet with individuals at designated locations to connect them to requested services and community resources. The majority of our work is focused on permanent and affordable housing. Our primary offices are in Bend and Redmond, with services provided over the phone and at walk-in sites across Central Oregon.

Are you interested in policy and systems change? COIC is hiring for a Housing and Homelessness Program Administrator will serve as the point person in the development, coordination and development of the Housing and Homelessness program for COIC’s CED department. This position will serve as the primary person of contact for the Housing for All, Regional Housing Council, Homeless Leadership Coalition, and other programs as related to housing and homelessness within the region. This position will establish and maintain links between diverse project partners and work with senior staff to identify barriers and solutions for current and future projects. This position will provide project coordination, program development, technical assistance, and administrative support for housing and houselessness initiatives within Central Oregon.
