The City of Bend Housing Department is currently seeking applicants for one (1) Fixed-Term (regular) Affordable Housing Coordinator and one (1) Limited Duration Affordable Housing Coordinator focused on Middle Income Housing. The Limited Duration Assignment is scheduled for approximately 36 months. These opportunities are hourly, FLSA non-exempt (overtime eligible) positions and are represented by the City of Bend Employee Association (COBEA) and are benefits eligible.
This recruitment will also be used to determine an eligibility list for upcoming vacancies for up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be canceled at any time, at the discretion of the City.

Shepherd’s House is seking a Redmond-based shelter case manager.
This staff person will play a key role in management of the Winter Shelter and begin expanding our case management work into Redmond focused on our overnight guest population at the Winter Shelter. This staff person will continue with case management beyond the winter season, and will then be a key team member in the ramp up to year-round operations in our new facility in Redmond. Housing Works is seeking proposals from qualified firms/agencies or individuals to provide Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspection services for Central Oregon Regional Housing Authority dba Housing Works owned and/or managed properties where Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) clients apply to reside with their voucher. The HQS Inspections must be in accordance with HUD guidelines established for the HCV Program. For more information visit the Housing Works website: https://housing-works.org/requests-for-proposals/

April 20, 2022: Mountain View Fellowship has agreed to manage the Redmond Safe Parking program and is in immediate need of a part-time director for the project. Until a director can be found, any expansion of the program is on hold.

The Coordinator will help support our mission of developing affordable housing with social services to end homelessness for people who are living with complex health issues. This position will be between 15-25 hours per week (depending on Coordinator preference and organization needs).
