The full membership of the HLC will meet at least quarterly. At the final scheduled membership meeting of each calendar year, the CoC Board will announce the meeting schedule for the coming year. Ad hoc membership meetings may be held if advance notice is provided to all members and the public. Meetings are open to the general public. Meetings will include reports on CoC activities, notice of any new funding availability, progress reports toward meeting community-wide goals, and voting on any matters requiring membership approval.
