The Central Oregon Homeless Leadership Coalition (HLC), in partnership with the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) as the HUD Collaborative Applicant, is required to announce the release FY2026 CoC and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Grant NOFO. This funding opportunity is made available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Program.

Anticipated Award Date: 12/01/2026

Estimated Performance Period Start Date: 01/01/2027

Estimated Performance Period End Date: 12/31/2027

The Local Competition Timeline, Request for Applications, and Letter of Intent to Apply are now available for interested applicants on the HLC website.

Additionally, staff will be hosting informational sessions on June 15th and June 17th. More information about these virtual information sessions can be found on the HLC website.
