Ensures all children in Deschutes and Crook County have access to basic-need services. Services: Referrals to food, shelter, clothing and health resources, Wellness clinic, School supplies. Support offered by school-specific FAN advocates.
Offers a variety of direct, indirect, administrative and support services. Direct services include adult behavioral health outpatient, child and family behavioral health outpatient, maternal mental health, nurse family support services, perinatal care coordination, safe needle exchange, vital records, and Women, Infants, & Children (WIC).
Offers shelter and services for young people in crisis. Services: Crisis intervention and support, emergency and transitional shelter support for up to 24 months, information and referrals, employment search assistance, career planning, life skills training, positive recreational opportunities and transition to self-sufficient living.

Services: mediation with youth and families, 24-hour toll-free crisis hotline, shelter-care in a certified host home or at our youth shelter, case management, advocacy, crisis intervention and support counseling, information and referrals.
