Supports individuals in Central Oregon who experience a wide range of disabilities, including intellectual, developmental, cognitive, emotional and physical disabilities, along with their families and/or caregivers. Offers Social Security Advocacy, Assistive Technology, Peer Support, Support Groups, Job Development for Employment (in conjunction with Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation) and Information & Referral.

Offers emergency and transitional shelter in a home for pregnant and/or parenting young mothers ages 15-24 and their babies younger than 18 months. Offers case management, education and resource connection.
